Bellator announces merger with Triple Option Properties, LLC
GULF SHORES, Ala. – Bellator Real Estate & Development announces the acquisition of Triple Option Properties LLC of Foley, Alabama. The acquisition will support the growth of Bellator's commercial and residential sales throughout Baldwin County and surrounding areas.
Frank Malone, real estate broker at Bellator Gulf Shores stated, "Triple Option Properties is a young but successful company led by owner and agent Brad Chambers. In Brad, we see growth opportunity and advancement in terms of additional commercial and residential listings for Bellator."

Bellator headquarters relocates to new Eastern Shore office
Who said moving isn't fun? It's a blast when it's driven by the growth Bellator has experienced since opening the brokerage in 2008. In May 2016, Bellator officially moved into its new Eastern Shore Office at 29891 Woodrow Ln. in Daphne, Alabama. The new location is across from the Eastern Shore Center in Spanish Fort, and now houses Bellator's former Daphne and Spanish Fort locations along with its sister company, Truland Homes.
Bellator's President, Troy Wilson, is pleased to announce that the company will hold a Grand Opening event on Friday, July 8th and will kick off the day with a ribbon cutting ceremony by The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce. All members of the Eastern Shore Chamber are invited to enjoy a barbecue lunch and a tour of the facility from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Bellator President Troy Wilson asks for your support in Build Baldwin Now property tax increase
Today's topic is the Build Baldwin Now campaign, which is an initiative by the Baldwin County Education Coalition that is campaigning for a property tax increase to support building and expanding Baldwin County Schools. The vote will occur on March 31st, and Bellator asks that you promote the growth and success of our area by supporting this tax increase.

Bellator gives sizable donation to four local charities this holiday season
Two months. Four charities. Six teams. Ten thousand dollars.
Bellator Real Estate & Development devised the idea to create a charity challenge in order to give back to the community and instill a greater drive within its agents. The result? An inaugural company-wide Listing Challenge for Charity comprised of six teams of Bellator agents from the three company divisions – Eastern Shore, Mobile and Coastal – and $10,000 to be donated to four local charities. Through two rounds of voting, agents selected the four charities Bellator would support this year: the Ronald McDonald House, Under His Wings, the Sheriff's Boys Ranch and Wilmer Hall. In October, the teams began competing to gain the most listings and, furthermore, fulfill the role of allocating a percentage of the $10,000 to the charities.
