Alabama's Gulf Coast contains several real estate markets depending on location and price point – just to name a few factors. The graphic below shows real estate statistics for July 2020, the latest month available.

Vital Signs provides a visual representation of what's happening in several local markets by showing you supply. While that's true for many reasons – some of which we outlined for you previously — not all agents who assist in buying or selling can be called REALTORS®. The answer is simple: yes. While the average American moves every five years or so, fulltime REALTORS® handle that number of transactions in the span of just weeks or months. Each one of those transactions is different and provides the REALTOR® with valuable information about the market and real estate process, valuable information that could benefit you on your real estate journey.

REALTORS® are experts on the communities they serve. They know the areas that...
