In a joint press conference on April 3, 2020, with Attorney General Steve Marshall and State Health Officer Scott Harris, Gov. Kay Ivey announced a stay at home order for the state of Alabama to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
The order requires citizens to stay at their place of residence with a list of limited exceptions, including traveling as an employee of an essential business. Real estate was included on the state's list of essential services, meaning REALTORS® are still able to help you with any real estate needs you may have.
Bellator Real Estate & Development agents have adapted to the current regulations and social distancing guidelines to offer no- or low-contact options for buying or selling property during this time. Check out the info graphics below for details about those options, and contact your Bellator agent with any questions.
