As the market continues to heat up, chances are you have more buyers than homes to sell them. In your efforts to try to find listings for your clients, consider going old school.

A handwritten note is an excellent way to gain attention while staying in touch with your database. Plenty of inventory is out there. It's just not on the market yet. That's where handwritten notes, one of Ninja Selling System's daily habits, come in.

Now more than ever it's important to make sure you are communicating with past clients to find listings. In your note, simply ask them this question: "Is there a price that you would sell your home for"? If they let you know the answer is yes, then the door is open to finding a new listing. Even if what they'd be willing to sell their home for is wildly high, it's all about getting the wheels turning so they start thinking of the possibility of selling – with you as their agent.

Keeping reaching out to them and staying in touch via notes. Staying top of mind with them means you're the agent they'll reach out to when they decide the time is right to sell.

Check out the Ninja Selling video below for an overview of handwritten notes.
