If you don't have your contacts organized into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, that's your first step. Comb through your phone, social media friends/followers, Rolodex, the papers on your desk and the church/sports team/school directory for the contact of information of your sphere of influence (SOI). You'll need the info for any type of automated marketing materials.

Yes, you seriously do need to Google yourself on a semi-regular basis. As a REALTOR® with so much public facing contact information, you are all over the internet -- probably in more places than you realize. It's very easy for this information to be either out of date or incorrect. Examples could be: You just moved brokerages OR you have a new bio with more recent information. A good rule of thumb is to search for yourself on Google every 3 or 4 months to make sure that all of your information is correct.
