Grant's Gulf Coast Opportunities

Cox Appointed to ACRE Board
Nathan L. Cox, CCIM, was recently appointed to the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Advisory Board of Trustees at The University of Alabama. Mr. Cox is the Founder and President of Bellator Real Estate & Development, Inc. located in Baldwin County, Al and works in all aspects of the real estate industry. Nathan specializes in single family residential development and the management of numerous investment groups.
Nathan graduated from the University of Alabama summa cumme laude in the spring of 2004 with a degree in investment finance and economics. While at the university he played football from 2000 to 2003. In addition to lettering he earned Academic All SEC Honors in both 2002 and 2003, and was recognized with the Paul "Bear" Bryant Award his senior year as the university's most outstanding student athlete.

Bellator, ERA Platinum Merge
Broker Nathan Cox needed more agents to market home lots — 850 of them over 29 subdivisions — so he has merged his firm, Bellator Real Estate & Development, with Troy Wilson's ERA Platinum Properties.
Wilson will serve as qualifying broker at Bellator, which now has 23 agents and offices in Spanish Fort, Fairhope and Robertsdale.
"Troy and I have been good friends, and we've been trying to figure out a way to work together," Cox said. "Troy will run the day-to-day business operations and this will free me up to spend time on the investment side of things."
