Nathan specializes in single family residential development and the management of numerous investment groups.
Nathan graduated from the University of Alabama summa cumme laude in the spring of 2004 with a degree in investment finance and economics. Broker Nathan Cox needed more agents to market home lots — 850 of them over 29 subdivisions — so he has merged his firm, Bellator Real Estate & Development, with Troy Wilson's ERA Platinum Properties.
Wilson will serve as qualifying broker at Bellator, which now has 23 agents and offices in Spanish Fort, Fairhope and Robertsdale.
"Troy and I have been good friends, and we've been trying to figure out a way to work together," Cox said. "Troy will run the day-to-day business operations and this will free me up to spend time on the investment side of things."
