If you're wanting to laissez les bons temps rouler, but aren't sure exactly how to this year, check out the Alabama Gulf Coast's answer to celebrating Mardi Gras during the era of COVID-19. 

It's Yardi Gras time. 

No, that isn't a typo. Since Mardi Gras parades are apparently so last year, our neighbors have gotten inventive, decorating their yards and porches with Mardi Gras decorations that can be enjoyed safely from the comfort of your car – or on a walk around the neighborhood.
