On Saturday, June 6, 2015, the Fuse Project raised $150,000 at its second annual Dragon Boat Festival at the 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center. With the participation of 45 teams and over 5,000 people in attendance, the event surpassed expectations and numbers from the previous year.

Since 2007, our very own Nathan Cox, CEO of Bellator Real Estate & Development, has been planning the design and implementation of the Fallen Heroes Memorial, to be dedicated at the USS Alabama Battleship Park on September 11, 2015.

He explained, "[It's] truly something you never forget. That sums up what service is all about, especially serving in a combat zone." The memorial will be designed to honor all of those who sacrificed their lives in the War on Terror, with one section giving recognition for those specifically with strong ties to Alabama.

The teams rushed down the Mobile Delta at 5 Rivers on the Causeway in Spanish Fort, AL with only pride and prestige in mind for the win, since all proceeds went towards charity.
