Noon Year's Eve at Lu Lu's

Noon Year's Eve at Lu Lu's starts bright and early at 10 a.m. sharp and will run through 3 p.m. As a family-friendly event for younger kids who can't stay up until midnight, it'll give young ones a front-row seat for the "Beach Ball Drop" of hundreds of beach balls. There'll also be a Sand Castle Building Contest.
