Free or discounted association resources for REALTORS®
We are all working to establish a new normal both personally and professionally in light of disruptions caused by COVID-19. The full extent of the virus' impact on the Gulf Coast real estate market as well as how long that impact will last is yet to be determined. However, the good news is as a REALTOR®, you have associations working tirelessly to help you through this difficult time.
Many local and national REALTOR® associations are producing content to help you with your financial health, how to grow your business, how to adjust your business strategy going forward and the list just continues -- often for free or at a steep discount.
Have you been putting off checking out the RPR site or all that the National Association of REALTORS® has to offer? Well, let this be a sign that it's time to create an account and/or subscribe. The list below is by no means an exhaustive list of the options you have, but hopefully it will be enough to get you started!
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
With a history of assisting REALTORS® dating back more than a century, it's no surprise NAR has so much to offer. They're aiming to connect your to the right tools right now through this page. Some highlights include:

Realtors Property Resource®
(RPR®)
It's name tells you all you need to know. Hopefully, you're familiar with the data and tools RPR offers, including their app. However, they also have excellent webinar and tutorial libraries if you already are. If the website looks similar to the links above, it should. It's available through NAR and is no extra cost for members.
Baldwin REALTORS®
(BR)
If your a member of the Baldwin County MLS, you've been receiving email updates from BR concerning COVID-19 updates and resources.
It's not the only tools BR is offering, though. Check out their YouTube Webinar Library for tips using Zoom, the MLS and more!
Mobile County Association of REALTOR®
(MAR)
MAR members have also be receiving info concerning COVID-19 updates and resources. In addition to virus info, they also highlight Continuing Education (CE) or training opportunities on their weekly updates. Stay up to date by regularly checking their blog.

Residential Real Estate Council
(RRC)
You may know RRC as a leader in real estate education, specifically for awarding the CRS Designation to agents nationwide. It should come as no surprise that they are offering a variety of virtual classes to their members. They also offer complimentary education classes with the creation of a guest account.
