As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention, and that has perhaps never been more true in the last decade than now. For our businesses to survive in these uncertain times, we're going to have to get creative.

If you've been hesitant to offer virtual tours of your listings, it's quickly becoming one of only a few options to show properties -- if it isn't the only option already. Sifting through all of the virtual tour possibilities can seem daunting, but remember that with social distancing in place you have more time to read reviews, gather information and make an informed choice.

Maybe that choice is using your phone to upload a video to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram Live or the Marco Polo app, but maybe it's using a subscription service. Below is by no means an exhaustive list of virtual tour subscription options, but hopefully a clickable list will help make the process seem a little more manageable. Think about your process for showing a home. Which option would be the tool to best help you: video walkthroughs, room panoramas or photo complications?

If you have any other options for virtual tours that you'd like to share, please comment on the post!
