CEO Nathan Cox named in Professional Builder's 40 Under 40
Nathan Cox, CEO of Bellator Real Estate & Development and Truland Homes, was featured in Professional Builder magazine's "40 Under 40." Nathan was recognized among nationwide leaders who have innovated and succeeded despite the recent economic slump. Featured on the magazine cover and in the article, he is humbled to be recognized alongside this commendable group of individuals. Professional Builder's 40 Under 40 highlights young leaders who have played integral roles in growing their companies by taking risks and exploring new markets.
With a background in finance, economics and an MBA, Nathan realized his passion for business development when he entered the world of real estate. The article features his accomplishment of starting Truland Homes as a one-man operation in 2012 just four years after establishing Bellator Real Estate & Development. Today, Truland is the second largest homebuilder in southern Alabama with $55 million in revenue in 2015. Nathan is also known for his committed service in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer in Iraq, and he led effort to build the Fallen Heroes Memorial at the USS Alabama Battleship Park in 2015.
