About Limitless Homes
Limitless Homes, LLC, was originally formed in 2018 as “Limitless by Truland Homes,” which quickly spun off to a stand-alone company and has served as a separate operating entity since 2019. Chris Bailey and Nate McMullin ran the business together beginning in 2020 and became co-owners of the custom home-building company in 2023 when they purchased Limitless from 68 Ventures.
As an independently owned company, Limitless is a full-service custom builder that prioritizes top-notch quality and customer service in every home built, including a variety of sizes and styles. With Limitless, customers have the choice to design and build a fully custom home, work with an existing plan to achieve a semi-custom design or purchase an inventory home built in one of the established communities of Baldwin County, from Olde Towne Daphne to Ono Island, that Limitless is proud to help grow.
