Bellator headquarters relocates to new Eastern Shore office

Who said moving isn’t fun? It’s a blast when it’s driven by the growth Bellator has experienced since opening the brokerage in 2008.  In May 2016, Bellator officially moved into its new Eastern Shore Office at 29891 Woodrow Ln. in Daphne, Alabama. The new location is across from the Eastern Shore Center in Spanish Fort, and now houses Bellator’s former Daphne and Spanish Fort locations along with its sister company, Truland Homes.

Bellator’s President, Troy Wilson, is pleased to announce that the company will hold a Grand Opening event on Friday, July 8th and will kick off the day with a ribbon cutting ceremony by The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce.  All members of the Eastern Shore Chamber are invited to enjoy a barbecue lunch and a tour of the facility from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

The new Eastern Shore location is just one more way that Bellator Real Estate & Development is striving to offer its agents top-notch spaces and service. The new office offers plenty of working space for agents, complete with upgraded team offices, abundant private meeting space, a state-of-the-art training center and a full commercial division. The office is also equipped with a gymnasium and in-house personal training services.

As the company’s agent base continues to expand, its offices are following suit. It was just this past November that Bellator opened its Midtown office on Old Shell Rd. in Mobile, and the company has welcomed 15 new agents across its eight offices so far in 2016. Since its first day in 2008, the Bellator team has quadrupled its market footprint and now spans from North Mobile down to the Alabama Gulf Coast.
