Wendi Byrd

Wendi Byrd is a real estate agent with Bellator Real Estate's Eastern Shore office.

Wendi has spent over 14 years as an elementary school teacher, shaping young minds and contributing to their growth.

Wendi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from University of South Alabama. As a former elementary school teacher, Wendi is a master in negotiation, research and patience. She applies her expertise in these areas when guiding her clients as they navigate the real estate transaction process.

Wendi has a deep connection with Central Baldwin County, where she has spent her entire life and loves it! Her roots to our area and commitment to her community is what pushes Wendi to help her clients find their roots.

When she’s not advising clients, Wendi enjoys traveling with her husband, Gary, and her children, grandchildren and Dachshunds. Wendi is ready to share the place she calls home with you.
