Stephanie Little is an expert real estate advisor with Bellator Real Estate’s Fairhope office, bringing two decades of diverse commercial and residential real estate experience to her clients. Licensed in Alabama and Florida, Stephanie is known for her strategic insight, strong negotiation skills, and steady guidance throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Stephanie began her real estate career at just 22 years old, launching into the commercial sector in 2005. Early on, she specialized in retail leasing and sales, quickly developing a deep understanding of market dynamics, site selection, and deal structure. She later advanced her career in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets - New York City - where she focused on office leasing, building sales, and office condominium transactions. Her experience across multiple markets and asset types has shaped a well-rounded, analytical approach that continues to benefit her clients today.

Stephanie lives on the Eastern Shore with her husband and their six-year-old son. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys traveling, spending weekends boating, and cheering on her son as he keeps the family busy with sports.
