Hi, I'm Raquel Noblin, a REALTOR® with Bellator Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers across Baldwin County and the Alabama Gulf Coast. I'm based in Spanish Fort, and I've called this area home for over 20 years. I know these neighborhoods, these builders, these roads, and this market the way only someone who truly lives here can.

My path to residential real estate wasn't a straight line, and that works in your favor. I've gained experience across multiple sides of the property world, including new construction sales, where I worked alongside both production and custom builders learning the process from the inside. I understand how new construction contracts work, what builders expect, and how to represent you well whether you're buying new or selling against it.
I also bring experience in construction industry operations, property rentals, and resort hospitality. Each chapter shaped the way I approach real estate today: with attention to detail, a clear head under pressure, and a focus on protecting the people I represent.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and professional designations including:

I'm originally from Brazil and speak both English and Portuguese fluently.
