Milton Womack

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Milton Womack, Jr. owned and operated a restaurant before entering the real estate business. Milton specializes in commercial land representation, site selection for national fast-food chains, and development and ownership of commercial and residential investment properties. After 30 plus years in real estate, Milton understands the complex needs of his clients, and will gladly service the Alabama Gulf Coast market with accuracy, service and care.

Having spent his summers vacationing along the Gulf Coast as a child, Milton Womack continues those memories with his wife and four daughters. Purchasing his own Orange Beach, Alabama condo in 2009, this area has quickly become his second home and has naturally drawn him to practicing real estate in the Alabama Gulf Coast market.
