Lauren Barker

Lauren Barker is an agent in Bellator's Eastern Shore Office and a home sales representative with Truland Homes. Lauren was certified as a new home sales professional, earning her CSP designation, by the National Association of Home Builders in 2019. In the same year, she received Bellator's Gold Award for selling over $2.6 million in real estate.  

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in mass communications, Lauren worked for one of the Southeast's largest public relations/advertising agencies for eight years in Nashville, TN, before exploring the love she has always had for real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2000 and broker's license in 2003. Lauren worked for a brokerage in Nashville for 10 years before becoming principal broker of her own real estate brokerage company along with owning a company that specialized in buying and restoring historic homes in the Nashville area. She moved to Alabama in 2012 and began selling new construction for another local building before joining Bellator and Truland in 2018.  

Lauren is married with four children. In her free time, she enjoys boating, traveling and golfing. She's also a huge baseball fan and even worked in the minor leagues during her stint in Nashville.
