Lane Ferrell

Lane Ferrell is a member of Bellator Real Estate and Development’s Eastern Shore office. A community member since 2007, she is very knowledgeable of the Gulf Coast and all it has to offer. Her first experience with real estate began 11 years ago, managing properties along the Gulf Coast, from Panama City to Gulf Shores, specializing in multi-family properties, vacation rentals, and private rental portfolios.

Having fallen in love with real estate and the relationships she has made working with her clients, Lane took the leap to follow her passion and become a full time REALTOR®.

Lane is a graduate of University of South Alabama, where she majored in Hospitality Management. A proud mother of two, Lane enjoys volunteering for her daughter’s cheer squad and school. When she’s not working alongside her clients, Lane and her family enjoy sunny days at the Coast and attending the numerous festivals in our area. She loves cooking, painting, and playing with her kids in our community’s many parks.
