Kristina Childress

Kristina Childress is the Managing Broker for Bellator Real Estate's Fairhope office and serves both buyers and sellers along Alabama's Gulf Coast.

Kristina has worked in the real estate industry since 2012. She is a motivated, hardworking and outgoing individual, which works well for her clients' benefit. Kristina is always ready to work-out complex transactions and guide her clients through every step with care.

Kristina is a Second Degree Black Belt and was an instructor in Taekwondo for 7 years before taking a position as a Real Estate Broker's Assistant in 2012. She believes the foundation that martial arts built helped mold her into the hardworking and outgoing person she is today.

After falling in love with the business and home buying and selling process, Kristina eventually earned her real estate license in 2015 and more recently, her Broker's license. Often called "Superwoman" around the Bellator Fairhope office and among the agents she has worked alongside, Kristina's experience and ability to multi-task has made her the ideal agent to walk each client through all steps of the home buying or selling process.

Kristina was born along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and raised on the Eastern Shore. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys catching up with friends and family and spending time with her furbaby, King Louie, who also serves as the Fairhope office's mascot!
