Jennifer Ballard is a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Bellator Real Estate in the Mobile Office. She specializes in residential real estate for buyers and sellers and investment properties for all levels of investors throughout Mobile County and Dauphin Island. As a resident of Mobile for over twenty years, Jennifer knows the area's best schools, neighborhoods, shops, and restaurants.

Before pursuing a career in the real estate industry, Jennifer and her husband started a house flipping business and eventually went on to purchase long and short-term rental properties and an apartment complex. Along with helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs, Jennifer has a Vacation Rental company where she oversees 20+ properties on Dauphin Island, AL. Jennifer strives to bring her years of skill and expertise to her clients as well as "out of the box" thinking that benefits everyone.

When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and kids somewhere on the water. She has the gift of a helping hand, and it is her goal to help the buyers, sellers, and investors in the Mobile County area, Lake Mitchell, AL, and Dauphin Island with their real estate needs.
