Gina Littlepage

Gina Littlepage,an Associate Broker at Bellator Real Estate‘s Fairhope office, has over two decades of invaluable real estate experience and a remarkable track record as a multi-million dollar producer. 

Gina's expertise extends beyond her role as a real estate advisor. She has a proven track record as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. She is the owner/operator of The Go Group, LLC, a boutique property management company headquartered in Fairhope.  Her vast and diverse industry knowledge uniquely equips her with keen insight into the current market's history, dynamics and trends.

Gina is engaged in her community and her commitment to community service is evident through her previous service on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Baldwin County and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Outward Bound School. She also dedicates her time and expertise by serving on the Board of Directors for Baldwin County Trail Blazers and she is an active member with the National Charity League’s Eastern Shore chapter.

An Alabama native and graduate of Birmingham-Southern College with a major in English Literature, Gina, embarked on a diverse journey living in various locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington D.C., Telluride, CO and New York City, where she worked in the bookselling and publishing industries, before transitioning to real estate. In the late 90’s, Gina moved to Fairhope to manage the iconic Page and Palette Bookstore. Since making that move, she's resided in downtown Fairhope.

While Gina is an enthusiastic traveler who's explored over 20 countries and many states within the United States, her primary dedication remains her personal and professional growth, coupled with her passion for guiding her clients through the complexities and delights of Baldwin County’s real estate market.
