Bob and his son Frank, and Courtney Taylor, specialize in Gulf Shores, Foley, Orange Beach, Josephine, Bon Secour, Magnolia Springs, Elberta, Miflin, Summerdale, and Silverhill real estate.

The Malone Family has been in real estate in South Baldwin County for over 50 years, starting with Bill Malone, Bob's father.  Together, they have a combined 65 years of experience.

- In 1978, after a career in the Navy, Bob joined his father, becoming one of the most well-known and respected brokers (and real estate instructors) in the area.  

- Frank became a Certified Public Accountant and worked for nine years overseas, then joined the family business in 1996.  Frank has served as the President of the Baldwin County Association of Realtors®, is on the Gulf Shores Planning Commission and is also on the Gulf Shores City School Board and the Gulf Shores Foundation for Education and Arts (as well as other boards and committees).   He is the managing broker for the Gulf Shores office of Bellator.

- Courtney  works with and is the licensed assistant for The Malone Team.   In addition to adding her own personal real estate business to The Malone Team inventory of sales, she manages all transactions from inception to closing.  

The Malone Team office sits on the original foundation that Bill Malone laid in 1961.  In that office, the Team has risen to become one of Bellator's Top Selling Teams with multi-millions in sales each year.    It would be no understatement to say that The Malone Team and Bellator are market leaders for residential, resort, and new-development sales  in this "almost-secret", southern haven.  The Malone Team knows this haven well, and values service to clients as well as service to the community itself.
